8th Annual Pre-season Benefit Event

If you haven’t attended this special evening in Albuquerque in the past, reserve your tickets now. Hear chamber music in the intimacy of the Robertson’s Recital Hall and mingle afterward in the warm, evening air of the outdoor courtyard. Ticket purchase includes the concert and a reception with the musicians. Wine, coffee, hors d’oeuvres and dessert will be served.

Pack a picnic basket and a lawn chair and listen to the sounds of The Brass Project, one of MFAF’s Young Artist ensembles. A fantastic opening act for the 7 PM opening night concert!

Stay after the concert, mingle with the musicians and meet the 2016 program book cover artist. Appetizers and dessert will be served. Wine, beer and soft drinks will be available for purchase.
TUESDAY, AUGUST 23
VIVA LA MUSICA!

$100 Dinner, Performance and Silent Auction ($110 after August 7)

Show your support for music in northern New Mexico! Dressed in your finest Spanish attire, revel in an evening of traditional Spanish cuisine and the passion of Flamenco dance and music at the 2016 Benefit Event. Join us at Old Martina’s Restaurant and Hall, an historic adobe landmark in Ranchos de Taos.


This elegant evening includes a 3-course meal, wine, silent auction, wine pull and spectacular entertainment. The night will feature the return of Yjastros: the American Flamenco Repertory Company alongside the magical music of Gabriela Lena Frank. Dinner package includes a reserved seat at the performance.

This annual event recognizes MFAF major donors (co-sponsor and above), board members, musicians and staff for their contribution.

Community Meeting and Potluck
6PM | ANGEL FIRE COMMUNITY CENTER | FREE
Bring your favorite dish and join musicians, staff, board members and friends for an evening of food and friendship. Savor cuisine from around the world as musicians bring samples from their native country. Hear an update about the state of affairs at MFAF. Here’s what you can bring, depending on the first letter of your last name. A-I: casserole or entrée; J-Q: salad; R-Z: dessert
TUESDAY, AUGUST 30
Golf Scramble and Dinner
3PM | ANGEL FIRE RESORT COUNTRY CLUB
$45 Golf and Dinner (includes cart rental)
$25 Dinner only

Enjoy a fun afternoon at this four-person, nine-hole Golf Scramble and Dinner. Play with MFAF musicians and supporters and end the day with drinks and dinner.

Office hours are Mon-Fri, 10:00am - 4:30pm All registrations must be in by August 25. Dinner following at the Angel Fire Country Club.
